Dear guests,
Freshness and the use of regional and seasonal products are at the heart of our culinary concept. There is no room for flavor enhancers, additives or preservatives in our kitchen, and we do not use deep fryers or microwaves at all.
We maintain close partnerships with numerous local producers. We mainly source our meat from organic farms in the region, while sheep's cheese and lamb come from our sheep farmer in Jever. We get fresh fish several times a week from Bremerhaven, and the eggs come from free-range hens in the local region. Our salad, vegetables, herbs and fruit are grown in our own garden without any chemical additives. Everything that doesn't grow there is sourced from regional suppliers.
The use of high-quality oils is just as important to us. In addition to healthy olive oil, we use Alba oil from Sweden, a blend of natural, gently pressed rapeseed and linseed oil. This oil is cholesterol-free, salt-free, preservative-free, lactose-free and contains no hydrogenated fats.
New charging points for electric vehicles have been available to our guests since December 2023. Four charging points with two publicly accessible MENNEKES charging points offer a maximum power output of 22 kW per charging point. The connection is made via a cable with a type 2 plug, which every electric car usually has. Ad-hoc charging and subscription charging are possible, and billing takes place via RFID, credit card, app or other common methods. Prices vary depending on the charging method. This offer is ideal for guests of the hotel as well as restaurant visitors and walkers.
