The museum shows the history and conditions of mudflat fishing on the North Sea coast.

The development of fishing methods from the set net to modern cutter fishing,
The living conditions of the fishermen and their families - from the crab kitchen to the original fisherman's parlour,
The processing and marketing of the catch - from the oldest crab peeling machine to the cooking recipe,
The five-metre diorama tells of animals and fishermen on the mudflats at low tide,
The crab cutter "MS Koralle" is the centrepiece of the Museum of Wadden Sea Fishing and is now on dry land, where it can be visited.

Openings

Open from mid-March to November.
Also open on public holidays from 2 to 5 pm.
Only open at weekends in April.

Winter break from November to mid-March.
Open on request for groups of 10 people or more.
